DO WE BELIEVE GOD…OR NOT?
One’s personal success in this spiritual walk with God is totally dependent
upon one’s consistency of trust
in Him. Unquestionably, trust (faith) in God is a manifestation of confidence in (and submission to) His Word. So…let’s allow The Word to speak to our spirits and to
thereby build our faith!
Let us hold fast the
profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised).
But without faith it is
impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is,
and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews 11:1-3
1 Now faith is the
substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word
of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
And Jesus said unto them,
Because of your unbelief: for
verily I say unto you, If ye have faith
as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to
yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Then touched he their eyes,
saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of
God.
And whatsoever ye shall ask
in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
And Jesus said unto them, I
am the bread of life: he that cometh to me
shall never hunger; and he that believeth
on me shall never thirst.
He that believeth on me, as the
scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
So then faith cometh by
hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Regardless of our situational
or sensory perceptions, we purposefully choose to believe God and to stand confidently upon His Word!
Sisters and brothers, be
continually blessed, and please (above all else) MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY TO
MEET OUR SOON COMING KING. Maranatha!
